DANKBARKEIT

Abschied von der alten Erde

Wir haben in zahlreichen simultanen WahrnehmungsWelten

in der Dualität genug begriffen

Haben freudvolle und leidvolle Rollen gespielt

untergeordnete und dominante

und unser BewusstSein durch Begreifen erweitert

Jetzt ist Zeit Bilanz zu ziehen und sich dankbar zu verabschieden

Die Kraft der Dankbarkeit ist hier

ich spüre sie sehr tief in mir

sie war schon immer ganz klar da

doch nahm ich sie nur manchmal wahr

Die Dichte hat mich abgelenkt

und mein Empfinden eingeschränkt

Tief empfundene Dankbarkeit ist die Basis für das Leben auf der Neuen Erde

Aus ihr erwachsen Güte Stärke Freude

Danke für Bewusstes Wahrnehmen des gut und schön Empfundenen

Auch jede Krise beinhaltet ein Geschenk

Danke dass wir dadurch wachsen können

Dankbarkeit führt zu Mitgefühl

Dankbarkeit reduziert Angst und Stress

und steigert Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden

Dankbarkeit ist das schönste Gebet

Dankbarkeit unterstützt den Seelenkontakt

Dankbarkeit verstärkt die Kreativität

Danke für den physischen Körper

als Ausdrucksmittel

und für unsere physischen Sinne

mit denen wir so viel begreifen können

Danke für BewusstSeinsErweiterung

 Danke dass wir jetzt alle Erfahrungen aus anderen Leben integrieren

auch die schlecht empfundenen

Danke für alle Begegnungen auf Erden

Danke beim großen Wandel dabei sein zu dürfen

 Beide Seiten gehören dazu

nur der Verstand bewertet verurteilt

und findet erst dann seine Ruh

wenn das Herz sich weitet und spricht

Danke DAS EINE in allem zu sehen

dann kann „ich“ die Illusion Erkenne Verstehen Begreifen

Danke für das Saatgut Liebe

Danke für jeden Tag

Danke für die Energie

die alles belebt erhält wandelt

Danke für die Luft zum Atmen

Einatmen Ausatmen

Vollmond Neumond

Tag Nacht

seht welch EIN Rhythmus

seht wie ES wacht

Danke Wasser des Lebens

Danke Erde Gaia

die du uns trägst

und so reich beschenkst

Danke für die Vielfalt

Das EINE zeigt sich in vielen Ausdrucksformen

durchströmt alles

Danke den Zellen im Körper

für das Zusammenwirken

für die Kommunikation

Danke für die Dunkelheit

damit wir das Licht sehen können

Danke nur auf Erden kann eine Synthese

von Grobstofflichem, Feinstofflichem

Denken Fühlen Handeln

durch Herzensenergie stattfinden

Danke für die Fülle wie Leere

Danke für das SEIN

Seele formt BewusstSein

doch nicht allein

nur vom Geist durchströmt

kann sie aktiv sein

SeeleGeist ist unberührt

erst durch das BewusstSein

ES sich spürt

GRATITUDE

Parting from the old earth

In numerous simultaneous worlds of perception

we have sufficiently grasped in the duality

have played joyful and sorrowful roles

subordinate and dominant roles

Our consciousness expanded through grasping

Now is the time to take the balance and say farewell with gratitude

The grace of gratitude is here

I feel it deep inside so clear

it always has been vivid here

Yet density distracted me

the ego wanted joy and fear

and limited my sentiency

Heartfelt gratitude is the Base for living on the New Earth

On it grow goodness strength and love

Thank you for consciously perceiving

what is felt as good and beautiful

Every crisis contains a gift

Thank you that we also grow through this

Gratitude leads to compassion

Gratitude reduces fear and stress

and increases health and well-being

Gratitude is the most beautiful prayer

Gratitude supports soul contact

Gratitude strengthens creativity

Thanks for the physical body

as a means of expression

and for our physical senses

with which we can grasp so much

Thank you for expanding our consciousness

Thank you that we now integrate all experiences from other lives

even the badly felt

Thank you for all encounters on earth

Thanks for being part of the big change

Both sides are included in this

only the mind judges and condemns

and only then finds its peace

when the heart is open wide and speaks

Thank you to see the ONE in everything

then "I" can realize the illusion by knowing understanding grasping

Thank you for the seed of Love

Thanks for every day

Thanks for the energy

that enlivens sustains and converts everything

Thanks for the air to breathe

Inhalation Exhalation

Full moon New moon

Day Night

see the ONE rhythm

see how it guards

Thank you Water of Life

Thank you Earth Gaia

that you are supporting

and so richly bestowing us

Thanks for the diversity

The ONE manifests itself in many forms of expression

and flows through everything

Thanks to the cells in the body

for their cooperation

for their communication

Thanks for the darkness

so that we can see the light

Thank you  only on earth can a synthesis

of dense and fine material

of thinking feeling acting

occur through heart energy

Thank you for abundance emptiness

Thanks for the BEING

Soul forms Consciousness

but not alone

only infused with spirit

can it be active

SoulSpirit is untouched

only through consciousness

IT feels itself
